Delivery

  • Free standard delivery (3-4 working days) on all items to UK (Orders over £150) - Shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail (We will ship with DPD on days of Royal Mail strike action).
  • Express Delivery Available within UK - next working day as long as the order is placed by 2.30pm.
  • Free standard delivery (3-7 working days) on all items to USA and Canada (Orders over £150) - Shipped from our UK warehouse using DHL Express.
  • Deliveries outside the UK may incur duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.
  • Subscribers get free express shipping on all orders at any value for life (See footer to subscribe)

Returns

  • Return any product within 60 days of receipt for exchange or full refund (Extended to 31 January for orders placed in October/November)
  • Products can be returned for any reason. In the very rare occasion that a product is damaged/faulty when it arrives with you, please just let us know as soon as possible to avoid any dispute.
  • We offer free returns/exchanges for all UK and US orders.
  • For other international orders, you will see during the process if a free pre paid returns label is available (it is for most regions), but if not then you will need to arrange shipment back to us at your own cost. Replacements will be sent free of charge if an exchange is requested.
  • All we ask is that you send us the products in the same condition in which you received them (I.e. in a re-sellable condition). Items can be unpacked and tried on, they must just not be obviously worn or damaged.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return arriving at our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, please allow another 2 - 3 days to receive the replacement. In the case of a refund, please allow another 5 working days for the refund to appear on your payment card.

IMPORTANT - If you made a purchase from a pop-up shop at an event and are requesting an exchange, then please include a delivery address to send the replacement to in the notes field.
