How do I return?
- Enter your email address and the last 5 digits of your order number in the fields above and click Start. (If you cannot find your receipt/order number, please contact us at info@koyclothing.com)
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. If you made the purchase from a pop up shop at an event please include a delivery address for exchanges to be sent to in the notes field.
- UK customers will receive a pre paid returns courier label by e-mail within 10 minutes of submitting the request.
- International customers will need to arrange shipment of the return themselves at their own cost.
What items are returnable?
You can return any item within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Return for any reason whatsoever. In the rare occasion that an item is damaged/faulty please just let us know as soon as possible to avoid any dispute.
- Returned items must be in a resellable condition (Assuming they were not damaged/faulty when you receivve them). Feel free to unpack and try items on, and they don't need to be professionally repackaged, but they must not be obviously worn or damaged when they arrive back at our warehouse.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returning an item, and UK customers will receive a collect plus courier label so can return the items for free.
- Currently international customers are resposible for the cost of return shipments - but we are working on this, and hopefully soon we will be able to provide free returns labels for you as well.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- This will be within 48hrs of the item arriving at our warehouse.
- At this point your return will have been processed. If you requested an exchange, the replacement will be with you within 2-3 working days. In the case of a refund please allow 5 working days for the funds to appear on your payment card.
