Delivery

• Free standard delivery (3-4 working days) on all items to UK (Orders over £50) - Shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail (We will ship with DPD on days of Royal Mail strike action).
• Express Delivery Available within UK - next working day as long as the order is placed by 1pm.
• Free standard delivery (3-7 working days) on all items to USA and Canada (Orders over £50) - Shipped from our UK warehouse using DHL Express.
• We deliver duties paid so customers will never have to pay import taxes to receive their items.

Returns

• Return any product within 60 days of receipt for exchange or full refund
• Products can be returned for any reason. In the very rare occasion that a product is damaged/faulty when it arrives with you, please just let us know as soon as possible to avoid any dispute.
• We offer free returns/exchanges for all UK orders.
• For international orders, you will need to arrange shipment back to us at your own cost. Replacements will be sent free of charge if an exchange is requested.
• All we ask is that you send us the products in the same condition in which you received them (I.e. in a re-sellable condition). Items can be unpacked and tried on, they must just not be obviously worn or damaged.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return arriving at our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, please allow another 2 - 3 days to receive the replacement. In the case of a refund, please allow another 5 working days for the refund to appear on your payment card.

IMPORTANT - If you made a purchase from a pop-up shop at an event and are requesting an exchange, then please include a delivery address to send the replacement to in the notes field.
